The package arrived safely and on time so I didn't have to use the shipping warranty, thankfully. However, I appreciate having it as a precaution, especially given how expensive the keyboard is.
The keypad was all that I was missing for this setup. I enjoy the simplicity and ease of the keyboard and keypad. I look forward to many years of use.
I've had the key pard for about 2 weeks now. There is definitely some heft but it won't slide on you in any way. The clicks and taps are very satisfying. Build looks immaculate.

For Domestic customers (within the USA):
Unless noted, in stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most ground shipments take on average around 1-7 business days from the time it ships depending where you're located. (We ship from northern California)
For next day or 2 day shipments, we will still need 1 to 2 business days to process the order and for the carrier to pick up the package.
Without the shipping warranty, Qwerkytoys, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A shipping Warranty is available at checkout that will cover lost or stolen packages. (this coverage is provided by Guardia1).
For International customers (outside of the USA):
Unless noted, in stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. For any shipments, we will still need 1 to 2 business days to process the order and for the carrier to pick up the package.
Please note that you are responsible for all VAT (for EU customers), customs, duties, and taxes and that is NOT included with the shipping cost. Taxes and duties will be due prior to delivery.

Any package that is returned to us for non-payment of duties and taxes will be charged accordingly (includes duties and taxes and shipping costs both ways) before any refund will be processed.
