Submit this form to request a repair on your Qwerkywriter. Once we receive your request, we'll review and email you a Repair Authorization with shipping instructions.

Warranty & shipping policy:

Standard warranty: 1 year from date of purchase. Extended warranty (3 years) applies if purchased.
Within 30 days of purchase: Qwerkytoys covers shipping both ways.
After 30 days, under warranty: customer ships to us; we cover return shipping.
Out of warranty: customer covers shipping both ways. Repair quote provided before any work begins.
