Replacement Key caps

Hi! I love your products! However I asked for the alt key and received an atom key instead. Not a big deal but it definitely was the wrong key.

Anyway, in the future, I would love to see entire sets of keys for sale on your website . Especially the gold keys. I understand they were limited to just the gold keyboard but man, you guys would make a killing on selling just the caps.

Missing Piece

I found the Qwerky writer after putting it away for a while missing a key and not knowing if they were still around anymore. To my surprise they were. Getting the replacement key was fast and shipping was super quick. Thank you

Replacement Keycaps

I ordered 6 replacement keycaps includinv the space bar. They sent the correct one every time, it fit perfect, arrived within a cxouple of days, and only cost $5.00 each (including ther space bar). I could not be more satisfied.

The Missing "T"

Do I write a lot? Yes, I do. I lost count of how many scripts and versions of plus all of the outlines, the backstory, the research, and a current book. So there has been a LOT of click-clacking of the Qwerkywriter and with that...the "T" faded and faded. What is a writer to do? Just jump online and have the fabulous team send you at Qwerkywriter send you one! :)

For Domestic customers (within the USA):

Unless noted, in stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most ground shipments take on average around 1-7 business days from the time it ships depending where you're located.  (We ship from northern California) 

For next day or 2 day shipments, we will still need 1 to 2 business days to process the order and for the carrier to pick up the package. 

Without the shipping warranty, Qwerkytoys, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  A shipping Warranty is available at checkout that will cover lost or stolen packages.  (this coverage is provided by Guardia1).

For International customers (outside of the USA):

Unless noted, in stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. For any shipments, we will still need 1 to 2 business days to process the order and for the carrier to pick up the package.

Please note that you are responsible for all VAT (for EU customers), customs, duties, and taxes and that is NOT included with the shipping cost.  Taxes and duties will be due prior to delivery.
